Ruth S. Arunasalam, is an entrepreneur, lecturer, trainer and the founder of Ruth Training & Development Academy with its base in Klang. She is known for her passion in autism and empowers learners with her outstanding knowledge and tools of dealing with autism through her workshops. Her competency as a trainer, teacher and lecturer has left a profound effect on both local and international students from Malaysia, Singapore, Iran, Iraq, Syria , Japan Korea Latin American countries and other Asean countries like Australia as well as the U. K.
Her background in law with a LLB Hons from UK, a Masters from University Malaya and a running PhD in autism has created an impact in her teaching methods, styles and delivery. She is also a certified trainer with PSMB and ACM UK with ISO 17024 taking corporate learners to a different dimension with her unique teaching styles for the past 35 years.
She has been lecturing for the past 35 years in several areas ranging from Autism, Developmental Psychology, Effective Presentation Skills, Critical Thinking, Reading Skills, Academic Writing, Communication Strategies, Legal English, TESOL, MUET, Business English, English Proficiency, IELTS, Online Learning English using Blackboard Collaborate with University of New York, and teaching subjects on a range of other degree, masters and certificate programmes.
The past 36 years has taken Ruth to several key institutions like University Malaya, UITM, KBU International College, as it was known, Brickfields Asia College corporate institutions like BHP Billiton, Nestle, Mindef, Maktab Polis where she has been engaged in teaching, training and educating on several courses. Her other forte is Bahasa Malaysia where corporate adults and foreign learners comprising HR Directors and managers from Australia, Scotland, France and Chile and the United Kingdom and Denmark as well as conducting cross cultural training with several organizations like Nestle and IEV Engineering.
She has devised various methods, techniques and modules to enhance learning and help students with various learning disabilities and poor attention span by injecting motivational activities before teaching them.
Her continuous passion in autism is her current pursuit where she is going nation- wide to educate teachers, parents and anyone who wants to be empowered in understanding the autism spectrum disorders.

He is an Accredited Trainer from ACM International Academy (AIA), UK for ISO 17024:2012 Professional Programs, a Certified Trainer from Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), Malaysia and also a Certified Training and Development Manager (Associate) from the Cambridge Association of Managers, United Kingdom.
Jude has a double Masters in Business Administration (MBA). One from AsiaeUniversity, Malaysia and the other from University of The West of Scotland, United Kingdom. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). He also possesses certification and experience in Human Resources, Hospitality, Logistics and Supply Chain (to name a few).
Over the last 23 years, Jude has worked with several organisations namely The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (formerly known as Institute of Bankers, Malaysia), Perak Branch, Kolej Syuen, Ipoh and Scania - Southeast Asia, Shah Alam holding senior positions in the areas of education, coaching, training and development, hospitality, logistics, supply chain, warehousing etc. whilst pursuing his passion in training and development.
